Founded in 1886, Kharkiv Circus is one of the oldest in our country.Famous masters whose names are well known both in Ukraine and well outside its borders such as Iryna Bugrimova, beast of prey tamer; Oleksandr Bulayev; Emil Kio, illusionist; Valentyn Filatov, the founder of the first in the world "bear circus" and many others started in the Circus of Kharkiv. The circus building admitting 2000 viewers, is a real palace of circus art.
