The Polimer Ltd. was founded in 1991. Small bank loan, a like-minded team, three restored thermal plastic automatic machines is everything necessary for the start. There was an idea either. The biginning of independence of Ukraine gave hope for the idea to come true.
The enterprise mastered production of plastic accessories. The quality products found customers at once. They were such giants as the Kharkiv, Luhansk and Yalta house-building plants. Soon, the study of the domestic market directed at manufacture of consumer goods.
Nowadays, "Polimer" is a mobile and reliable structure having possibilities to operate under the market conditions. About 70 types of products were mastered, including 25 types of massage brushes for hair, which successfully compete with the similar items of foreign manufacturers; goods for construction, furniture, medical and clothing industries. Quality, reasonable prices and modern design are the characteristics of the products. Main partners of "Polimer" are the wholesale companies, department stores, clothing markets of Ukraine and Russia. Haberdashery with a trade logotype ViOn, nowadays, is possibie to see in the trade network of Ukrainian regions.
The enterprise mastered a new product direction - denture foundry with ionic plasma coating. Such services are provided for stomatological clinics of Poltava, Sumy, and Chernigiv regions.
According to the rating of Ukrainian market business activity carried out by sociologists of the Institute of Rating Analysis (Kharkiv) at the request of the Assembly of Business Cirles, Polimer was named among the dynamically developing commodity producers of our country. Following the outcome of the national rating competition Made in Ukraine, the enterprise was awarded with the High-Quality Badge. Appreciation of the enterprise operation was given by the Association of Regional Development "POLLAR" and German Consulting Company "PEM", Dusseldorf.
The logotype ViOn is an abbreviation of the company founders - Vasyl Vasylyk and Anatoly Onufryk. Since the day of the company creation it is headed by Vasyl Vasylyk. He is a gifted manager who could gather a highly skilled crew. He is one of the founders of the Regional Association of Enterpreneurs of the Poltava region and a Member of several clubs. At the 3rd Congress of business, scientific and creative circles of Ukraine he was awarded with the Leaders of the XXI Century Badge for immeasurable contribution to the development of modern society.
