Berdichev Machine building plant “Progress” has in its disposal up-to date efficient developments of filtration, drying, capacitance, and other process equipment for almost all branches of industry.

Been world recognized, products, manufactured by our plant are operated by different enterprises of different branches of industry in more than 35 countries of the world and acknowledged to be reliable, height efficient and high quality equipment.

Traditionally Russia and Kazakhstan, SIC countries and far-abroad countries are big markets for our equipment. We have wide network of "Progress" official regional representative offices located in Russia (Saint-Petersburg, Kemerovo, Yekaterinburg), in Republic of Kazakhstan and Republic of Tajikistan and Turkey.

Progress” has high capacity production-technological facilities and highly qualified scientific, engineering and technical staff.

Plant workshops, equipped with up-to date process equipment allow to perform foundry, blanking, forging-pressing, assembly-welding works and machining of different materials and can flexibly change operational procedures. Production facilities allow us to manufacture not standard products and metal structures with weight from 100 up to 70 tones, diameter up to 5 m, length 20 miters.

After obtaining license for construction and design works, one of our focus operation activity is designing of process lines on “Turn key” basis, we also are able to work as General Contractor. Nowadays equipment, manufactured by our plant has high competitive characteristics, new consumer properties and meets all requirements of modern machine building industry. New modernized equipment designs combined modern materials, accessories which allowed to increase capacity, to decrease production and operating cost, to increase operational reliability and safety of maintenance, to provide operating convenience.

We are working in close rapport with leading research and design institutes, construction and installation companies.

One of the latest company’s attainment is development of new automatic chamber filter-presses: KMPm – tower type filter-presses and FKMm – horizontal filter presses with upper bar suspension with polypropylene filter plates.

Unique design of tower filter-press envisages horizontal arrangement of filter plates thus, filtration process is performed in optimal conditions and time of process operations is considerably reduced that accordingly results in capacity increase of such filter-presses in comparison with other filters.

In year 2009 we manufactured and commissioned new filter-press KMPm with filtration area 196 m2, there is no analogue tower filter press with such filtration are in the world. Tower and horizontal filter presses are designed for filtration of different slurries and are commonly used in aniline-dye, chemical, oil-refining, ceramic and food branches of industry.

We are also manufacturing disc vacuum filters, capacitive leaf and candle filters, belt vacuum filters and belt filter-presses, drum and rotor dryers, heat generators of different power, drum coolers. “Progress” Plant also manufactures ecological equipment: electrostatic precipitators (GDF), bag house filters (FRER) and cyclone dust collectors.

For water supply systems of power plants, industrial and heating boil stations our plant manufactures filters for water desalting and softening, soltdissolvents for regenerant solutions of cooking salt and ammonium sulfate, cation solutions and tanks for strong sulphuric acid and nitric acid storage.

For food and processing industry our company manufactures filter-presses for filtration of vegetable oil, beer, wine, juices, nonalcoholic beverages; thermal apparatuses for production of caned fruits and vegetables and confectionery products.

For flour milling and compound animal feedingstuff production plants we are manufacturing shaking sieves, bag filters for flour dust catching and equipmentv for hydrothermal treatment of different grains and grits.

For optimal selection of process and auxiliary equipment we have team of high qualified process engineers and laboratory for simulation of different technological processes on mini models of filtration and drying equipment, manufactured by our plant. We also have mobile pilot plants to perform tests directly on the customer’s site.

We also serially manufacture heating boilers with power from 200 kW up to 6 mW.

Our plant is actively working on development of new projects, products and modernization of existing models of the equipment.
