DB NAU-EXPERT

EXPERIENCE
NAU legal computer systems are being released since 1991. About 40 thousands users work with NAU systems constantly. Maintenance of NAU systems is being carried out by about 50 service centres in Ukraine and outside.

INFORMATION, PRACTICE
DB NAU-Expert contains not only the legal base (about 270 thousands documents), but also can help to apply a law correctly. Documents come with consultations, court practice, reference books, etc. (altogether about 40 thousands law enforcement materials).

EFFECTIVE  SEARCHES
In DB NAU-Expert it's easy to find a necessary information:
- all information in the data base is ordered and systematized;
- all "classical" types of searches (index and context) are supported;
- for the first time was embodied an expert search which "understands" a natural language of a search request.

RELIABILITY
- The software is undemanding to a computer resource, works without fails and suspension.
- The software product "Legal acts of Ukraine" version 9.4.0.0 is sertified by conformance with the international standart ISO/IEC 25051:2006 requirements.
- NAU developer - Closed joint-stock company "Informtechnologia" - was included into the national Register of software producers and spreaders as № 00020 series ВР.

INFORMATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE SYSTEM: 

Normative-legal base

• Verhovna Rada of Ukraine: Constitution, codes, laws, decrees.
• The President of Ukraine: decrees, directions.
• The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine: acts, decrees, directions.
• Ministries and departments of Ukraine - legal acts registered in Ministry of Justice, narrow departamental documents: letters, interpretations, directions. 
• International legal acts: bilateral agreements of Ukraine, international conventions.
• Organs of government of U.S.S.R. and Uk.S.S.R.: valid legal acts.
• Local authorities: Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Kiyiv and region, other regions.
• Perspective legislation: texts of the passed but not signed laws, texts of the resonance bills which are published for the discussion.

NAU data base contains legal acts in an actual state (including introduction of modifications) and keeps all previous editions.

• Constitutional Court of Ukraine: decisions, conclusions.
• Supreme Court of Ukraine: acts of plenum, decisions of court board, interpretations, letters.
• Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine: acts, decisions, letters.
• General Courts of Ukraine: materials of the real judicial cases (labour, housing, private, property, commitment, agrarian, hereditary disputes, etc.).
• Economic Courts of Ukraine: materials of the real judicial cases (commitment, tax, customs, property, corporative disputes, nullification of authorities acts) and analytical comments to them.
• General Courts of Ukraine: materials of decisions of criminal cases and cases of administrative malefactions.

• Materials to codes by articles: history of an arcles, coming into force, related documents, court practice, definitions of terms.
• Consultations, interpretations,opinions: dajests of published in press articles on current economic questions, exclusive analytical articles on questions of legal application, official notifications of organs of the government.

• Bankruptcy cases: catalogue of opened cases on enterprise bankruptcy prepared on official reports of economic courts of Ukraine.
