Car assembly plant #2 PJSC Automobile Company” Bogdan Motors

The main production of cars of the "Bogdan Corporation" concentrated at SE "Car assembly plant #2" of PJSC "Automobile Company "Bogdan Motors". Since 2009, "Bogdan Motors" became one of the biggest car manufacturers in the Ukraine. It is one of the most modern enterprises in Ukraine with the full-scale production of automobiles in Cherkassy with production capacity of 120 000 - 150 000 cars a year.

The plant is equipped with the latest equipment from leading manufacturers. All equipment automated and versatile, it allows producing cars of any brand and class. Production lines supplied by leading world manufacturers like "Eisenmann", "DURR", etc.
Enterprise has two car assembly workshops, two welding shops, tuning, testing and logistics workshops, as well as a unique painting workshops for bodies and plastics. The presence of the application process of the first Soil distinguishes his modern approach in production.
During 2000-2014, at the facilities of PJSC "AK "Bogdan Motors" such models of cars had been producing - Hyundai Tucson, Elantra XD and Accent, JAC J5 and S5, Greatwall and others. All cars coming down from the conveyors of the enterprise are testing for quality and reliability. High standards during production achieved by automating labor and highly qualified personnel. Only during the first year of operating, the plant was able to complete work on the creation of the quality management system and obtain the UkrSEPRO certificate.
