ALTERA Group was founded in 1994 and last year we have celebrated the 11th anniversary of our successful business. Our company is located in Kharkov - second largest city in Ukraine - and key emphasis of our operation is on this - one of the biggest regions of Ukraine.

From the very beginning our main strategy has been offering our clients the best and most complete range of goods and services. Nowadays our company proposes complete range of materials for building and decoration. The company employs over 400 people.

Now our main operations are:

1. Trade. For the moment our company has created a well developed retail network of special salons and showrooms in Kharkov and Kiev, where we represent such trade marks as GARDENIA ORCHIDEA, VERSACE, AXOLO, VISENTIN, LINEA TRE, ARTEMIDE, LUCE PLAN, CREVAL, METAL SPOT, CAPAROL, DUFA, DIAMANT, MOTTURA, MULT-T-LOCK, TESA, GROHE, LAUFEN, HENKEL, KNAUF etc.
One of them is a new "Centre of Light" salon with trade area about 1200 square meters was opened in December, 2002 and includes not only floor spaces but conference hall where presentations of trade marks and seminars take places. It's one of the biggest salons of light in Ukraine. There is a permanent exposition, where you can see the art-works of the most famous architects and designers of Italy, Spain etc.
Wholesale trade department performs any order immediately owing to the direct supply of the leading Italian, Spanish, Austrian, German, Ukrainian producers. Department of corporative sales provides building objects (supermarkets, hotels, building companies) with a full range of services and materials.

2. Building. Our company is able to offer our clients different kinds of construction and building services. Also we fulfill the full range of exterior and interior designing and projection.

3. Production. At the moment we manufacture certified safe doors (under BRONVERI trade mark), high quality doors and windows (under GOLD OAK trade mark).

We have created agreeable mutual relations with abovementioned companies and do our best to advertise extensively their products on the Ukrainian market. We have made different expositions at our salons with the help and practical advice of abovementioned factories.

Nowadays we own nine specialized show-rooms which present the lighting, sanitary equipment, doors, safes, a great range of hardware production, the finishing materials.

At the moment we are planning to expand the range of the Italian sanitary equipment and ceramic tiles, which presents in our show-rooms.
In the near future we are going to open the net of such show-rooms presenting the Italian style and quality, perfectly expressed in your products. The net will be created in the identical format, in each prominent city of Ukraine.
