Trostyanets Milk Plant, Closed Joint-Stock Company

Trostyanets Milk Plant (later Closed Joint-Stock Company «Trostyanets Milk Plant») was founded in 1931. At first it was one shop where they processed milk on butter by primitive method. In post-war years the plant began to reform - the new production spaces appeared; the range of production was extended (the enterprise began to produce soul-milk product - cream, cheese) and the new equipment for butter production was purchased.

In 1999 they built and commissioned new shop for production of technical casein. In 2003 due to cooperation with Moscow LLC «World of biotechnologies» they mastered output of new soul-milk product «Bifilife» that has unique medical characteristics confirmed by long-term clinical researches.

The enterprise is extended constantly, improves quality of products and technologies. Presently the enterprise range makes 20 kinds of milk products, butter in assortment (»Selyanske», «Fermerske», «Vershkove», «Trostyanetske with chocolate sauce»), packed by 100, 200 and 500 gr and in monolith, cheese «Cheddar», «Trostyanetskiy», «Svyatkoviy», soft cheeses in assortment (with dill, peppercorn, vanilla, raisins, cinnamon), full-milk products (pasteurized and baked milk, cream «Alpha», kefir «Nizhnist», «Exotika», ryazhenka «Spokusa»), yoghurts, airine, «Bifilife», technical acid casein.

Since 2002 the Trade Mark «Milk Company «Knyazhna» has obtained patent; the integrated quality management system DSTU ISO 9001-2000 is introduced at the enterprise.

The company is an active participant of different exhibitions-fairs. The company is a laureate of the First Ukrainian competition of quality pursuant to the European model of business perfection of companies. For high quality and competitiveness of soul-milk products the Trade Mark «Milk Company «Knyazhna» became laureate of the National Competition «Higher Test».

The company conducts reconstruction and repair of existent production facilities, purchases new equipment, develops and introduces new types of products which meet the modern market requirements. The plant has formed the mission «Providing of vital functions and valuable harmonious development of everybody due to the permanent use of company products».
