The Ukrainian-American joint venture KODA was founded in 1993. Today we are one of the leading companies in the measurement appliances market of Ukraine.

The main office of KODA is located in Kharkiv, a scientific and industrial center of Ukraine and two subsidiaries in Kiev, the capital and Nikolaev, a large Black sea port. We do business with numerous representatives, dealers and partners all over the country.

In 2007 we became the first Ukrainian company in our business who received ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

KODA produces railway and truck scales, platform scales and special weighing equipment. Our specialists always select the best components and solutions that meet local requirements and consumer's preferences.

Our company represents the Bilanciai Group (Italy), the principal manufacturers of weighing equipment in Europe including Societa Cooperativa BILANCIAI (Italy), the Number 1 company on the market of truck scales in Europe and EHP (Germany), a leading producer of crane scales.

The joint venture KODA sells and maintains different analytical balances, precision, retail, bench and other scales produced by Ohaus (USA-Switzerland), Jadever Scale Co. Ltd (Taiwan, R.O.C.) and other scale manufacturers.

We promote and use for our scales load cells produced by Bilanciai, EHP, PT, Flintec, TEDEA, CAS and other companies. We can also provide different weighing indicators produced by well-known companies as well as our own models.

We also offer level and pressure measuring solutions supplied by VEGA (Germany) whose products can be used in any branch of industry, and whose enterprises operate with liquids and solids for their technological purposes.

Hexagon Metrology TESA, Switzerland (linear-angular measuring instruments, hardness, waviness, roughness testers, CMMs), DEA, Italy (CMMs) and Renishaw, UK (measuring and calibration systems for machine tools), Taylor Hobson Ltd., UK (surface and form metrology) are the leaders in the field of instruments and systems for quality assurance. The joint venture KODA sells products of WIKA Alexander Wiegand GmbH & Co (Germany). WIKA is the world-famous company that produces mechanical pressure gauges and thermometers, and electronic transmitters of temperature and pressure.
