Groups of users of products: Consumers of flakes, grits, and flour are the population (75%), army (10%), public cateringenterprises (2%), foodstuff manufactures (7%), and others 6%). Consumers of combinedfodders are collective agricultural enterprises (60%) and private farms (40%).

Competition: The enterprise is a monopolist on the domestic market in manufacture of flakes. Main competitorsin manufacture of grits in Ukraine are the Myrhorod and Zolotonosha integrated grain productfactories as well as many small hulling mills. Flour and combined fodders are produced in allregions of Ukraine2, but the enterprise is a regional leader in this respect.
