Vinnytsa Consulting Center is a company, which renders business-consulting services to a wide range of clients, both well-established and start-up enterprises and entrepreneurs.

LEGAL STATUS:
Vinnytsa Consulting Center is established as a limited liability company, co-owners of which are the leading company's specialists - consultants - partners and assistants - junior partners.

MAJOR COMPANY'S SPECIALIZATION:

1. Training courses and seminars:
- advanced training courses for directors and specialists of enterprises;
- seminars on business development.

2. Consulting services on the following issues :
- business and investment planning;
- enterprise restructuring and development of anti-crisis programs;
- marketing research;
- financial analysis, finance modelling and forecasting;
- advertising and Public Relations;
- organizational structures of enterprise management, personnel management business psychology.

3. Information services:
- search for information about potential business partners, suppliers, consumers, investors, etc.;
- search for information from data base of legal and normative documents.

4. To provide a wide range of services to our clients, we offer services of our external partners:
- legal consultations;
- informational technologies, system integration. Development of data bases and other software.

BRIEF HISTORY OF CENTER'S FOUNDATION
In February 1997 Agreements on commencement of the technical assistance project "Enterprise Post-Privatization Support" (further Entrepreneurship Development Project) in Vinnytsa, implemented in Ukraine by IFC and financed by U.S. Agency For International Development (USAID) were signed between representatives of Vinnytsa District state administration and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Vinnytsa Consulting Center(VCC) was solemnly opened in May 1997 after personnel training, conducted by IFC. At that time VCC was operating under the auspices of IFC and wasn't registered as an independent legal entity.

In the process of program implementation it was decided by IFC and VCC personnel to establish a company-owned by company's personnel. In February 10, 1998 Vinnytsa Consulting Center was registered as a limited liability company in accordance with acting legislation of Ukraine.

At the initial stage IFC Coordination Office in Kyiv provided VCC considerable technical support in the form of equipment, allocated in temporarily free use, Ukrainian and American experts, and employees of Kyiv IFC office, in conducting training for VCC staff as consultants-trainers, in providing a great number of special informational literature on different business aspects.

Also technical assistance was continued by attracting two Peace Corps Volunteers, specialists in the spheres of financial management and accounting (John Wagner, CPA), marketing and market research (Elizabeth Diamond, MBA), who used to work in VCC on a constant basis from May 1997 to April 1999.

At present VCC is a legally and financially independent organization, still maintaining connection with Kyiv IFC office, which consists of informational, methodic, organizational and consulting support from the side of Kyiv office.

During the period of its activity VCC conducted more than 30 business-trainings and about 40 seminars in Vinnytsa and towns of Vinnytsa region, as well as other cities of Ukraine and Belorus: Odesa, Zhytomyr,Chernivtsy,Chernihiv, Volnovakha (Donetsk obl.), Minsk. More than 300 people attended trainings, representatives of 140 enterprises. More than 400 people participated in seminars, representing more than 200 enterprises. By our clients' orders we conducted 11 marketing and sociological research, implemented integrated consulting projects.

Total number of clients, who used services of Vinnytsa Consulting Center from May 1997 , exceeded 300 organizations, and at that more than 100 ordered our services repeatedly.

OUR MARKET AND CLIENTS:

We work with 5 main types of consumers of consulting services:
- start-up companies;
- companies, which have wide experience of work at the market and which are seeking ways of further development;
- private entrepreneurs;
- specialists from the companies, who are willing to improve or change qualification;
- other consulting companies, which need our services for executing joint work.

For the majority of our clients we are an exclusive provider of consulting services, and for many - also informational and training.

The majority of our clients came to us for the first time after getting recommendations from one of our permanent clients. Participants of the actions, conducted by our company, trainings and seminars often come to us again for consulting and informational services.
Our clients are mainly located in Vinnytsa and Vinnytsa region, but some large clients are companies from Donetsk, Odesa and Kirovograd.

VCC- is an active member of Ukrainian Consulting Network (UCN/UKM), which unites similar consulting companies, established by IFC.

Vinnytsa Advertising Club:

Our company established and partially finances the activity of the city public organization of specialists in advertising and mass media. "Vinnytsa Advertising Club", which foster the development of market of promotional services in the region, establishment of creative contacts between specialists, development of interaction between advertisers and specialists in this field.

Among events, organized and held by the Club, - seminars, conferences, discussions of professional issues in the informal way.

Vinnytsa Advertising Club unites top managers, owners and employees of more than 50 advertising agencies, publishing houses, mass media; specialists in advertising, printing, "business journalism" and design.
