Mission:
- Protection of legal social, economic and other joint interests of Union's members;
- Support in creation, continuous development and cooperation of small, medium and privatized enterprises;
- Expansion of their activity with gradual creation of a broad network, which would be connected with large enterprises and targeted at satisfaction of social needs in services, goods and other products, as well as elimination of their production monopoly.
