Vinnytsia Agency for the Development of Entreneurship is a consulting company, established with the support of the European Union under the project "SME Support", implemented by TACIS and targeted at democracy and market relations development in Ukraine.

Vinnytsia EDA is:
- a team of local experts in management, marketing and finances, who received additional training in Europe and mastered international standards;
- a permanently working International expert with wide experience of work in Ukraine, who renders assistance in collaboration with foreign partners and investors;
- a part of the network of Agencies for the Development of Entrepreneurship set up in Kyiv, Sevasopol, Ternopil and Kirovohrad, which have been working successfully for 4 years to grow, increase sales, and allocate funds received by enterprises of Ukraine;
- partnership relations with the majority of Vinnytsia banks, equipment suppliers of the region and insurance companies;
- unlimited access to Ukrainian data bases and privileged access to European information sources.

The activity of all employees of Vinnytsia EDA is directed to provision of consulting services of the European level, namely:
- investment proposal,
- investment plan,
- introduction of a bill circulation,
- analysis of financial risks,
- research of the market of Europe,
- auditor's consultations and new system of accounting ,
