Zhytomyr Regional Entrepreneurs' Union is a voluntary union of entrepreneurs and enterprises of private sector.

Mission:
- Protection of legal social, economic and other common intertests of the Union's members at all levels of legislative and executive power;
- Working over recommendations for further effective development, and improving financial and living conditions of the Union's members;
- Search for business partners both local and foreign;
- Creation of the system of consulting and informational support (legal, economic, organizational) to the Union's members at all levels of legislative and executive power;
- Preparation of the proposals, related to joint work with oblast, city and district state administrations on elimination of obstacles, which hamper the entrepreneurship development in Zhytomyr region;
- Conduct seminars, conferences, business meetings on legal, accounting,and auditing issues.
