Mission:
- Creation of the elements of new material, organizational, social and informational environment, favorable for utilization of the advanced ecologically-safe achievements of scientific and technical progress, new forms of labor organization, production and management with the purpose of improving welfare and spiritual values of the population in the region;
- Assistance to innovation enterprises in their organizational and economic formation;
- Representation of the innovation entrepreneurship interests at bodies of power and management, participation in preparation of the draft laws, targeted at innovation activity support;
- Attraction of the Association members to implementation of regional, government and international scientific and technical programs, innovation projects;
- Creation of the regional points of innovation development, particularly, innovation centers, and scientific and technological parks on the basis of companies- Association members.
