The Association takes an active part in the public movement of entrepreneurs of Ukraine, in the creation of “entrepreneurial lobby” in the Verkhovna Rada, development of draft laws of Ukraine, including the law on flat tax.
The Association assisted in the creation of the Oblast Council for Entrepreneurship Development at the office of the Head of the Oblast State Administration and Consulting and Expert Council for Entrepreneurship Support under the Mayor’s Office. The Association representatives take an active part in the work of the people’s deputies committees of the City Council and departments of the Executive Committee.

The main activities of the Association are:
- Protect entrepreneurial rights;
- Improve the image of entrepreneurship with authorities and population;
- Initiate legislative changes;
- Provide consultations to entrepreneurs on economic and legal issues.
