Mission:
- creation of the regional infrastructure on servicing SMEs;
( collective information centers and information-consulting servicing centers, regional wholesale markets, markets of production means; buying and selling of real estate, etc.);
- formation of the regional normative and legal base for development and support of small business and entrepreneurship;
- financial-credit support of small enterprises and entrepreneurship; creation of equal opportunities for enterprises in the region
( regardless the forms of ownership) in obtaining loans, credits from government sources or under guarantees of state and local authorities;
- combination of efforts of small enterprises and entrepreneurs in purchasing objects of privatization, participating in competition, auctions on obtaining property and other rights, necessary for implementing economic activity;
- assistance in organization and implementing foreign economic activity, establishing contacts with similar enterprises in borderland zone, protection of interests of small enterprises in their relations with customs authorities;
- assistance in selection, preparation and advanced training of SME personnel in the conditions of market economy.
