Association for Entrepreneurs Protection and Assistance of the Rivne Oblast Association of Enterprises (ROAE)

The Association’s activity is directed at providing the services, necessary for SMEs. Namely:
- Informational provision. Under the support of USAID and Eurasia Foundation, a permanent Information Analytical Center is operating on the basis of the Association. In the Center entrepreneurs can obtain practical business information about proposals of Ukrainian and foreign enterprises, expositions and forums in Ukraine and abroad, opportunities for training abroad and improving the professional level, information on sources of finance for SMEs. The Center constantly updates the programs for partners search and assists to expand the sales of products and services for entrepreneurs;
- Consulting-methodical provision. Provide consultations for entrepreneurs on the issues of legislation, business activity, accounting, rights and duties of entrepreneurs and controlling bodies, provide texts of legislative, normative acts and instructions;
- Cooperation with state authorities and mass media. Search and establishment of constructive forms of cooperation with the state executive bodies and mass media in the sphere of SME activity support in Rivne region as promotion of the middle class;
- Work on creating a training-methodical center under the auspices of Association

Besides, ROAP constantly works on development of resources of the Association to improve its activity. New programs and projects are worked up and introduced. In particular, at the present, some of them are under way:
- resources involvement to create a training and methodical center on the ROAP basis. The center will provide trainings for entrepreneurs (computer studies, information system in business accounting, business management, E-mail, Internet user courses; computerized course of English; training on the legislation use for enterpreneurship).
- ROAP Web-site was designed and the project of creation of Internet- server for the promotion of small and medium businesses in the Rivne Region and non-profit-making business associations is under construction, and the project of local promotional server for Rivne City featuring free of charge off-line access is subject to step-by-step implementation now.
- formation of regional Association's devisions for SMB support in the Rivne Region.
