Sumy Business-Center-consulting company, established in 1996 by Entrepreneurship Support Project in Ukraine of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) with the financial support from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
Business-Center was created with the purpose of strenghtening non-governmental sector of economy, advanced training of entrepreneurs, improvement of their professional skills and consulting support to SME in the region.

Since the moment of its foundation the Center has established business contacts with many enterprises in the city and oblast, and rendered the following consulting services to them:
- Marketing research;
- Business-project and business-plan development;
- Development of the enterprises' budgets;
- Consulting and training services;
- Administrative planning at the enterprise.

Projects implemented by the Business-Center:
1.Sanation plan of Sumy Association "Plodovoscheprom" (Sumy);
2. Organization of administrative planning at the OJSC «Polissya» ( Shostka, Sumy region);
3. Marketing and socilogical research (15 projects);
4. Training programs (courses and seminars) on different business issues (marketing, finances, management, advertising) – more than 50.
