- Assist in creating self-sustainable market structures and mechanisms, changing the property relations, and fostering the entrepreneurial development;

- Represent and protect entrepreneurial interests in state bodies at all levels;

- Assist to establish contacts between Ukrainian and foreign enterprises and organizations;

- Promote the entrepreneurial best practices, find opportunities for using them, organize expositions, seminars, conferences, and lectures;

- Establish business schools, training centers, and other educational institutions.
