The Union of Entrepreneurs of Small, Medium and Privatized Enterprises of Ukraine is a national public organization. The Union conducts its activity at the expense of its own funds, which are formed from application and membership fees.

Mission:
- Protection of legal social, economic and other mutual interests of its members;
- Collaboration with all branches of power both at the national and local levels;
- Assistance to gradual establishment, development and collaboration of small, medium and privatized enterprises; expansion of their activity;
- Creation of the system of cooperation with large enterprises aimed at meeting of public needs in services, consumer goods and other products, elimination of monopoly in production;
- Consulting and legal assistance;
- Informational and legal support in privatization of enterprises, production funds, land, buildings and other property;
- Assistance in investment of production, industrial cooperation, development of trade through funds and banks;
- Collaboration with foreign funds, agencies, centers, bureaus and trade missions of foreign embassies in Ukraine;
- Establishment of direct links between companies and small enterprises, business circles of Ukraine and foreign countries;
- Training and advanced training of the Union members, organization of congresses, conferences, seminars, symposia, business meetings, training sessions, free consultations on legal issues, accounting and taxation.
