The enterprise was founded in May, 1991. Specialized on making natural and artificial leather service dress and head-dresses as well as semi-woolen, cotton and mixed fabrics. Has own base for development of models (more than ten models are patented in Derzhpatent of Ukraine). The models of natural leather service dress and head-dresses designed in the enterprise twice won in competitions on development and introduction of new form of GAI employees of Ukraine. The modern sewing equipment and equipment for heat treatment of wares was mounted.
