Children Sanatorium and Health-Recreation Center "Druzhba" - International Children Medical Center "Yevpatoriya" is located in the central part of Yevpatoriya resort-town, 70 km. away from Simferopol, at the Black Sea coast.

The Health-Center is engaged with treatment of:
- rehabilition of those from the regions with malignant ecological effect
- respiratory allergies; chronic and recurrent bronchitis; chronic pneumonia; asthmatic bronchitis; bronchial asthma (mild form);
- chronic disease of nasopharynx; heart intoxication (chronic tonsillitis after acute condition);
- rheumatism in the non-active phase; vegeto-vascular dyskinesia;
- dynamic diseases of nervous system;
- vascular diseases of extremities; inflammatory and dystrophical diseases of joints; osteochondrosis and instability of backbone; osteochondropathy; scoliotic disease of 1-2 severity; posture impairment; trauma after-effects;
- neurodermitis and allergic skin diseases, eczema;
- those somatically weak as well as having prolong and frequent sicknesses;

During long years of operating the center concentrated highly qualified staff. Serious attention is paid to medical and pedagogical, psychological problems of rehabilitation. In the center children have fun, entertain themselves and are treated as well.

The center dynamically develops, is supplied with new medical equipment, due to which we have the possibility to carry out diagnostic investigations at high level. Biochemical, immuno-ferment, hematological and other analyzers are purchased and introduced. At present the process of medical equipment renovation is going on. Intensive research and practical work on sanatorium and resort children rehabilitation program is implemented: methodical recommendations, research articles, information letters, research reports are edited in a number of medical magazines and issues.

Qualified experts work at the center. Since February, 1998, Cuban specialists: therapist, dermatologist, hematologist, psychotherapist, who have experience in working with Ukrainian children, work here.

Specialised consulting aid for children is rendered by the scientists of the Crimean Medical Institute, Center of Radiation Medicine of Ukraine, Ukrainian Institute of Balneology and Physiotherapy, the main specialists of Public Health Service of Ukraine.

For the children from Chornobyl zone various treatment complexes are carried out. The center has sports grounds for volleyball, big tennis, mini-football, table tennis, sauna, and swimming pool. Sports and beach equipment rental agency, bar, cafe, library, concert grounds, dancing, gyms. For children there are different clubs, bicycle hiring, summer open-air Children Theater, school, excursions in the town and the Crimea. There is also a fee parking lot, currency exchange office, international phone, and barber’s saloon.

Adults have 4 meals a day, children have 5 meals a day; during summer there is a bar-cafe at the seacoast. There are 3 canteens, located on 2 territories.

The beach is equipped with first-aid post, awnings, trestle-beds, WC, sun protecting showers, catamaran rent.
