The center is located on the Azov Sea coast, in the very center of Kazantyp Bay. It is in excellent condition and is placed in picturesque surroundings, occupying the area of 7 hectares, including 40 % of planted area. There is a wood 50 meters away and a sand beach 150 meters from the center. Guests are accomodated in a two-storey houses in 5-6 bedroom apartments equipped with all the utilities.
