The sanatorium was built in 1992. Modern architecture of the sanatorium's building suit well the old-time Hutsul architecture.

The sanatorium organizes different excurtions touring neighboring areas - "Yaremche - The Karpaty's Pearl", "Up the Hoverla Mountain", "Kolomiya - Hutsul Arts Museum", "Yablunetsky Saddle-Point" and "Vorokhta for Sports".
