Sabre-Svitlo Ukrainian-American goodwill foundation was founded in 1990 by American and Ukrainian public organizations. The foundation's goal is to promote development of sciences and education, to strengthen democratic basics, and to integrate Ukraine in the world community.

There is a shortage of information about international scientific and technological achievements. The foundation attends to fill this vacuum providing deliveries from the USA of textbooks and scientific editions on economics, business, management, laws, programming, medicine, ecology, English language, and other areas of education.

The books are delivered to libraries, educational institutes, and customers according to their requests. English textbooks are delivered to institutes, universities, high schools, secondary schools, and kindergartens.
