Deloitte & Touche serves clients in Dnipropetrovsk, Kremenchuk, Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Mykolaiv and Odesa from its office in Kyiv, which was opened in April 1993 and consists of a mix of Ukrainian and expatriate staff.

BANKRUPTCY PROJECT
The project is oriented at promoting enterprise restructuring and liquidating bankrupt entities including the introduction of the concept of financial restructuring, development of independent professionals, judicial development and the conduct of pilot restructurings.
