"Studio 1+1" is the largest private television and cinematography company in Ukraine. It is a modern family channel that takes into account the interests of all family members. Having managed to reach a high popularity index, it is justly considered one of the leading and most popular TV channels in Ukraine.

"Studio 1+1" is entitled to a twelve-hour broadcast daily (from 7 A.M. to 10 A.M. and from 4 P.M. till midnight) on Ukraine's Second National TV Channel (UT-2) in conformity with the license granted by the National Council for TV and Radio.

"Studio 1+1" is headed by Olexander Rodnyansky, its General Producer, Merited Arts Worker of Ukraine, President of Ukraine's Television Academy; Basil Danchuk, Finance Director, is in charge of all financial issues.

"Studio 1+1" was the first television company in Ukraine to base its programming concept on the results of media research. "Studio 1+1" own produced programs are of an original concept and they form the cradle for Ukraine's TV "stars". The Company broadcasts 25 hours of its own produced programs weekly. "Studio 1+1" presents twice daily dynamic, impartial and well-balanced daily News.
