Ukrainian-Canadian Joint Venture "Tavria-Magna" was founded in 1988 by automobile plant "AvtoZAZ" and Canadian industrial giant Magna International Inc.

"Tavria-Magna", located in the territory of CJSC "AvtoZAZ-DAEWOO", is founded for designing and manufacturing of large-size and especially large-size moulds to produce different plastic parts under pressure.

Maximum overall dimensions of products - 1500 х 1500 х 2500 mm, with weight up to 25 tons. However, in 2000 our company manufactured the mould for the part "Tank" with weight 38,5 ton.

The main customer is automobile industry (moulds for the parts of radiator grills, facings, device panels, hub caps, bumpers etc.)

Accept the moulds for automobile industry we produce large range of molds for manufacturing the consumer goods, such as plastic furniture (tables, office and other chairs, armchairs, benches, chaise longues), containers, boxes, tool boxes, ornamental flowerpots, racks for stationery etc.

Customers of JV "Tavria - Magna" are large manufacturers in CIS countries, Canada, Israel, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary.

In summer 2002 JV "Tavria - Magna" got a Certificate on conformity with requirements of international standard ISO 9001, rules of proper production practice GMP.

Policy of the company in the field of quality is aimed at full satisfaction of all consumers' demands and manufacturing the products in strict compliance with requirements of standard & technical documents.

JV "Tavria - Magna" personnel consists of high-skilled specialists with good experience of practical work. Many JV employees have been trained in Canada.

The company uses universal, metal-cutting, press and specialized equipment in production.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our company owns the technology of moulds' surface texturing.

Computer-aided analysis of plastic materials molding is made using the program Plastic Advisor (ProEngineer 2001). While drawing up the design documents standards D-M-E and Hasco are used.
