Consulting company “UVECON” was founded in June 1992.

Consulting Joint Venture “UVECON”, dealing in accordance with the General Agreement with Ukrainian State Property Fund specializes at expert valuation of state-owned and municipal property, provides intermediary services on preparation of objects to privatization.
At present 15 specialists of the company have name certificates of the Ukrainian State Property Fund and Ukrainian Society of Appraisers, granting them the right to carry out appraisals of property and non-property rights and business at the territory of Ukraine, and 5 specialists have also international certificates according to the program “Appraisal and privatization” of the International agency of development (USA) and of Chamber of Commerce of Leipzig (Germany). Specialists of the company passed training in the United States of America, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia.
During nine years of its activity in the sphere of assessed valuation “UVECON“ company have fulfilled more than 800 works in process of which there were estimated about 3 000 objects, including:

For the first time in Ukraine specialists of “UVECON” developed theoretical substantiation and fulfilled practical approbation of approaches to definition of physical wear of equipment of industrial enterprises, also methodological approaches to assessed valuation of residential and non-residential objects (for establishing lease payment) with the use of elements of mass appraisal for a lot of separately situated and attached premises was developed for the first time, which allowed in comparatively short terms to fulfill valuation of more than 1 200 buildings and premises. A mathematic model, allowing to seek analogy in the process of valuation of real estate by sales comparison method was also developed.
The joint venture “UVECON” selects and analyses information on the situation of real estate market (dwelling stock, office, retail and industrial premises) in Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine and the Republic of Crimea, also analyzing the development of privatization in different branches of economy.
For many times “UVECON” developed normative documents in the sphere of land relations on repetitive basis in accordance with orders of Kyiv Land Committee and estimated the value of plots. In cooperation with the international auditing company “Pricewaterhouse Coopers” we estimated property of SK “Johnson Kyiv”, a vegetable plant in Kherson and a chemical enterprise in Lviv.
One of the principal activities of “UVECON” is development of business-plans and economic substantiations of investment projects, including their economic expertise.
