The publishing house was founded in 1932, that is the only specialised edition in Ukraine owning copyrights for unique editions.

The publishing house focuses on production of belles-lettres and photo-albums, literature on aesthetics. Theater, cinema, history, culturology, ethnography and ethnology, literature for children, posters and post cards.
