Center "Ukrtechprogress" has successfully functioned as a specialised educational establishment for training, retraining and qualification improvement of personnel for building-assembly complex. During its long-term activity the Center acquired a great positive experience in the sphere of training and professional adaptation of personnel. This fact caused acknowledgment of the Center as one of the leading educational establishments.

In Center "Ukrtechprogress" the efficient personnel is formed: the personnel of the Center comprises scientists-practicians, Corresponding Members, Academicians, professionals with excellent results of education of Ukraine. The personnel of the Center is characterised exclusivelly high qualification: educational process in the Center is provided by specialists, that were trained according the following programms - the TACIS programm (in Germany, Italy), "de Baak" programm of the Netherland confederation of employers VNO-NCW, JICAP programm of British state fund "Know-How", "Business and economics" programm (USA, Saint-Norbert College), the programm of the Regional chamber of auditors of Ukraine. In the providing of educational process take part leading specialists of project-techological and design institutes, tax, auditors and law firms.

Center "Ukrtechprogress" keeps close contact with practic. Distinguishing trace of the Center is not only training of high qualified specialists, but also adaptaion of these specialists to conditions of certain kinds of production. The contact with practic is also provided with the help of intensive production activity.
