The main direction of the company operating is designing and poducing ultrasonic volumeters, heat-counters and based on them automated control and counting systems for energy carriers.

During 5 years of operating we produced and mounted over 1 000 ultrasonic fluid flowmeters which are successfully operated at the leading enterprises of Ukraine: "Zaporozhstal" OJSC, "Dneprospezstal" OJSC, "Donetsk Metallurgical Works" OJSC, "The Nikopol Pipe-Making Works" OJSC, "Works named after Malyshev" State-run Enterprise, "AutoZAZ-DAEWOO", etc.

The quality of our products is provided by high cultural level of poduction and highly gualified specialists, use of advanced technologies for poduction of electronic systems, and components poduced by the leading companies.

We designed and put into poduction an advanced volumetering complex IRKA. The complex possesses exclusive performance and precise characteristics, optimal interface, high reliability. IRKA generality enables to use it in a broad range of pipeline diameters and with various liquid flow velocity.

According to consumers' opinion that device is now the most adapted for using at big industrial enterprises. According to the set of perfomance characteristics and "price-quality" ratio it exceeds other Ukrainian and foreign volumeters.

Volumetering complex IRKA TU U 25454162.001-99 (State register № У1303-00)
The complex is designed to control volume flow rate and volume of fluids flowing in pressure and gravity pipelines, which are completely filled with fluids. They are also used to control time of operable condition of the volumetering unit (nonfailure operating time).

The complex can be used to control engineering process and commercial liquid flow control at industrial enterprises and municipal enterprises (pipelines with diameter 40-1200 mm and more).
The complex consists of 4 ultrasonic tansformers, initial processing block, measuring block, power supply block, switching block and flow lines among them.
The controlled medium can be any single-phase or multi-phase fluid (water, sewage, acid) with temperature of 1-150 °С and pressure upto 2.4 MPa.
Mounted in premises with temperature of -25 °С to 55 °С and relative air humidity upto 100%.
Output analogue signals (0-5) mA, (4-20) mA, (0-20) mA, (0-5) V.
Digital interface - RS485.
Check-up is carried out by immitational mode.
The complex enables to control fluid consumption ranging 0.4-43 000 m3/hour with pipe diameter of 40-1200 mm.

The complex provides displaying the following figures:
- volume flow rate of a liquid;
- liquid volume;
- nonfailure operating time;
- control time.

Relative accuracy is 1.5%. The maximal communication line length is 600 m.

The complex is resistant to sinusoidal vibration (10-55 Hertz) and shift amplitude of 0.15 mm. The average nonfailure operating time is not less than 10 000 hours. Reliability index is noted for operating conditions.

The complete operating time of the complex is not less than 5 years. Warranty servicing period is 2 years.
