Our enterprise has been operating at the market since 1995. We have gained great experience in manufacturing packaging and other production equipment, modification and modernisation of other producers' lines. We manufacture and sell:
- automated and semi-automated equipment of vertical type to pack loose, powdered, liquid and piece goods (food and non-food);
- electronic dosers to dose loose and powder products; piston dosers to dose liquids (0.1 - 500 ml);
- shrink-film packing equipment for bulk packing (film boxes for PET-bottles, boxes, etc.)

Weighing-and-packing automated machine to pack in disposable package
The machine is designed for packing loose, powdered, liquid and slurred goods in disposable packs. Depending on the products to be packed the machine might be comleted with a volume, conveyer or weight doser. It is also completed with pneumatic equipment produced by CAMOZZI, FESTO.
Compressor is not included in the complete.

Weighing-and-packing semi-automated machine to weigh and pack in various packs
It is designed for packing loose, powdered, liquid and slurred goods in disposable packs. Depending on the products to be packed the machine might be comleted with a volume, conveyer or weight doser.
- Maximal dimensions of the pack - 110 х 140 mm;
- Minimal dimensions of the pack - 50 х 60 mm;
- Dosing range - 0-125 g;
- Production capacity - 10-15 packs per minute.

Automated machine for packing loose products in bags (0.15 - 1.5 kg).
It is designed to pack loose products (including macaroni, potato chips, flakes) in polymer film (polypropylene, multi-layer film). Pack image - three-joint pack of European standard.
- Production capacity - 20-30 packs per minute.
- Bin volume - 65-100 litres;
Completed with:
- Weighing microprocessor-based strain-gauge (single- and double streamed);
- Dosing range - 20 - 1 500 g;
- Maximal dosing accuracy - ±1 (depending on dosing speed);

Weighing strain-gauge microprocessor-based doser
Designed for packing loose products (cereals, sugar, mixtures and flour, macaroni, potato chips, flakes, etc.).
- Production capacity - up to 18 doses per minute;
- Dosing range - 20- 1 500 g.; (possible supplying of dosers with dosing range up to 3 kg);
- Dosing error - less then 1% for up to 10 doses per minute; 2% - 15 doses per minute; 3% - 18 doses per minute.

Electromechanical doser for liquid products
Designed for filling hard packs with liquids and half-liquids (mayonnaise, ketchoup, sour cream, etc.).

Manufacture of pneumatic dosers with dosing range of 1 - 500 cubic cm. is available.

Thermal-packing unit with conveyor band (heat-tunnel)
The heat-tunnel is designed for packing products of various materials and configuration in shrinking polyethylene film of various thickness and colour. The heat-tunnel might be completed with hand and semi-automated devices for film welding and cutting to prepare package for shrinking.
We produce automated lines for packing in shrinkable film to order. The heat-tunnel has increased production capacity as compared to those of terminal type and of heat-canon shrinking.
