Ukranian State Academy of Telecommunication named after Popov is the only Ukrainian higher educational establishment (the IV, highest level of accreditation) training specialists in the sphere of communication. The academy comprises the Kiev Institute of Communication, Odessa Electrical Technical Training School of Communication, Scientific-Research Centers of Communication Development Issues.
