Nikopol Institute of Management, Busines and Law is a higher educational establishment of the III level of accreditation, founded with private form of ownership, registered by the Nikopol City Council of People's Delegates # 280/8 of June 11, 1993.

Training is carried out on the basis of the license approved by the Collegium of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine with the right to prepare specialists with the qualification grade of "Specialist". In 1997 the institute was nationally and internationally accredited with the right to issue state-pattern diplomas.

The institute trains specialists in the following spheres:
7.050106 - Accounting and auditing
7.050108 - Marketing
7.050201 - Management of organisations
7.060101 - Jurisprudence

As for now the Institute features:
- Economic department;
- 6 chairs;
- Distance learning department;
- Computer support department;
- laboratory for social-psychological research;
- 3 computer rooms;
- library;
- educational center

The lecturer staff are doctors and candidates of sciences, experts in management, marketing, economy, law, informatics.

The Institute is a member of the Association of higher educational establishments with the private form of ownership and supports close ties with a number of international organisations and the leading higher educational establishments of Ukraine and other countries.
