Corporation “Science-Production Group “Interpayp” was created in 1990 and is the biggest international corporation. It is engaged in scientific work up and application of new technologies in the branch of tube production and sale, high quality raw materials supply for enterprises.

“INTERPAYP” XXI CENTURY – is an international type of organisational structure. It consolidates dozens of enterprises in Ukraine, Russia, Bilorus, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The corporation implements different types of activity:

“INTERPAYP” conducts active investing policy. It participates in privatisation of big industrial enterprises, finances technical development programmes.

“INTERPAYP” seeks new possibilities, it initiated creation, together with “Nikopolskyi Pivdennotrubnyi Zavod”, of an enterprise producing seamless steel tubes based on exploration work tube manufacturing workshop and tube-rolling workshop №7 which were part of the plant.

The main tasks of “INTERPAYP” today are:
- tube and metalproduction supply to the home market and abroad (seamless and welded tubes, steel sheet, rolled metal, lathes, wheels, rings, bands, steel-concrete reinforcement). The partners of “INTERPAYP” are Russia, Bilorus, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Slovakia, Croatia, Czechia, Bulgaria, India, Turkey, Egypt, Singapore, Philippines, Canada, Mexico, Cuba etc.
- mechanical engineering supply for gas and oil production (gas-and-oil industrial and drilling equipment, connecting and locking armature, pumps, compressors, ventilators etc.)
- Ukrainian oil- and gas field development;
- Energy resources supply to industrial enterprises (natural gas, electric power, products of oil and coal processing);
- Agricultural products trade and barter (sugar, molasses).

Since 1996 the company carries out investment activity on such enterprises as: Nizhnyodniprovsk Tube Works, Novomoskovsk Tube Works, Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant, Alchevsk Metallurgical Works, Seamless Tube Works “NIKO TUBE”, Pivnivkivsk Sugar-Refinery, Sumsko-Stepanivsk Sugar-Refinery, Nyzivsk Sugar-Refinery.
The company contacts with international financial organisations, in particular with European Reconstruction and Development Bank.

“INTERPAYP” Corporation is a full member of the International Tube Association and Academy of Engineering Science, was awarded with the “Torch of Birmingham” in international project “For successful economic survival in social-economic crisis”.
