The enterprise was founded in 1991 by "Fiotex", Ukrainian joint-stock company and "The Little Black Cat, Ltd." British company. Foreign partners invested up-to-date equipment and advanced technology.

The enterprise is focused on the production of women’s light clothing using client’s designs and materials. For years of operation, the company acquired significant experience in the sphere of external economic activity. Some 90% of the output is produced on order of the British firm.

The firm is ready for cooperation on mutually beneficial terms.
