The Agricultural Enterprise «VEKKA» was incorporated in Komintern District, Odessa Region as the Limited Liability Company in May, 2000. Today the full production cycle from the primary processing of raw material to packing of finished products functions in the enterprise. The team of engineers, managers and technologists work here and all of them are taken by joint business and work for the sake of joint success. There are more than 250 jobs in the enterprise as well as stable wage and reliable social protection.
The Trade Mark «VEKKA» is well-known in many regions of Ukraine by the high-quality products from natural and ecologically friendly raw material acquired at population and livestock farms. The enterprise produces over 170 types of goods. Thus the workers care not only of taste qualities of meat products but also about its original view. The permanent partners of the VEKKA are farms of Odessa, Kirovograd and Vinnytsya regions and they provide the enterprise with high-quality raw material.
Since 1998 the sausages of the VEKKA take leading places on the consumer market of Odessa Region. The workers put great efforts to advancement of their trade mark, participating actively in the most various exhibitions and competitions of not only regional but also republican and international levels.
The high quality of products of the enterprise has been marked with numerous diplomas and medals and other insignia’s, in particular Quality Sign «Higher Test», Honourable Reward «Golden Jaguar», International Prize for European Quality and Technology (Geneva), Euromarket Prize «For Quality and High Professionalism» (Brussels), Golden Prize of Europe «For Quality of Products» (Paris), Diploma and Golden Medal of Quality in the Rating-Competition «Expo-2003» (Hungary), two golden medals of the Exhibition «Regions of Ukraine represent» (October, 2003; Expocenter of Ukraine, Kyiv), winner of the International Prize «Business-Olypm» (November, 2003; Kyiv), Honourable Insignia «Public Recognition» and got the Rank «Golden Trade Mark» in the international competition. The products of the enterprise were included in the International Catalogue «Register of the Best Ukrainian Commodities» as well as the VEKKA in the Golden Book of the Ukrainian Business. The Agricultural Enterprise «VEKKA» is the collective member of the Ukrainian Association of Quality today. By the decision of the Expert Council of the National Imaginary Programme «Leaders of XXI century» the products of the enterprise got the European Sign of Quality.
The enterprise cares of not only production indexes and quality of products, but also about ecology. The production wastes are fully recycled here; the waste plants, which provide the complete cleaning of sewage waters, were built.
