Closed Joint-Stock Company "Zaporizhzhya Heavy Crane-Building Plant" stand out among many hoisting equipment manufacturing plants with its wide range of gantry and overhead cranes manufactured, numerous special-purpose cranes and appliances for power engineering, metallurgy, port and railway terminals.
Gantry cranes are installed at open-air store house and assembly sites and are intended for load-lifting operations. Crane metal frame can be manufactured in latticed (KS 50-42B. KSK32), solid-metal (K100Y, K50Y), tubular (KK10, KK5) versions. Choice of metal structure and trolley types depends on the operation and installation place of the concrete
crane.
A special place in the whole range of our production is occupied by container cranes-reloaders. Original metal structure, trolley with rotary spreader, operation universality as with 20 feet containers so as with 40 feet ones, allows using the container cranes with maximum efficiency for railway, automobile and port terminals.
General industrial overhead cranes are intended for reloading operations, can be installed indoors(workshops, storehouses) and at open-air piers. The metal structure of the given cranes consists of two main girders, forming the hard frame, the latter allows using bearing type trolley. Besides the hook and suspended equipment (magnets, grabs) can be used, it extends the double girder crane sphere of application. Overhead special-purpose cranes with grab and magnet have wide application in metallurgical industry.
Single-girder overhead cranes differs from others by application of cantilever type trolley, that gives the opportunity of winding the main hook approach by "dead zones" restricting. The single-girder overhead crane main girder along with end beams form I- like structure.
The structure of the given crane is manufactured with heightened assembly readiness, and has substantial weight advantage compared to double-girder cranes.
Single -girder overhead crane was one of the first "know-how", first manufactured as a special-purpose repair crane for the power house machine rooms, but further on, because of its original possibilities it began to be applied in other branches of the national economy.
All cranes manufactured at JSC" ZAPOROZHCRAN " have load-lifting capacity from 5 up to 1000 t, temperature range from +40 up to-40, presented themselves successfully in Ukraine and Siberia and in damp tropical climate of Vietnam and Bangladesh.
