Est. in 1995, DTE is a Ukrainian academic consultancy providing access to overseas education and to students from Ukraine CIS, international students residing in Ukraine and marketing and PR services to educators from around the world.
DTE is operating in all Ukrainian key markets: Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Crimea.
