Total area of the farming constitutes 2774 hectares, including:
- plough-land - 1507 hectares;
- grassland - 222 hectares;
- pastures - 767 hectares, out of them - cultivated pastures - 500 hectares;

Average grain yield for the last 3 years constitutes:
- 35 centners/hectare;
- forage crops - 420 centners/hectare;
- maize for silage and green fodder - 280 centners/hectare;

The farm specialises in meat livestock breeding since 1947. The herd was formed with cross-breed heifers of the first breed of Aberdeen-Angus breed and local livestock, Gereford and local livestock, received by industrial interbreeding. More than 1000 of heifers were brought from other farmings which let reduce the selection process by 3-4 years.

At present the farming possesses 2600 head of meat productivity cattle, including 890 cows. For 100 head of cattle the farm receives 86-92 calves. Average delivery weight of one young head of cattle for many years constitutes 480-530 kg.
