The Dunaysudoremont has a 50-year experience in repairing, re-equipment and fitting-out of ships of various assignment: starting with hydrofoil vessels and ending with sea freight ships of special assignment. The enterprise covers 22 hectares of land and 13 hectares of water area with depths up to 4.5 metres. The Izmail works is equipped with powerful dock shops (three graving-docks with lifting capacities from 50 to 5 000 tons and a cross slipway with lifting capacity of 500 tons), hull shop, machine-mounting department, wiring shop and the infrastructure that provides quality and on-time performance of orders.
The overall berthage length makes up approximately 850 m. Cranes: floating cranes: GANZ 25 tons, GANZ 5 tons; derrick gantries: Kirovets 10 tons.

Personnel: approximately 900 persons.

The list of the services provided in repair of sea and river ships (of dock weight up to 5 tons and length up to 135 metres) includes the full range of works connected with recovering ship-performance characteristics.

Our company does not restrict its activities only in ship repairing but also offers to its clients:
1. Works on fitting-out and re-equipment of self-propelled and floating ships;

2. Use of its berths for ship berthing with accompanying repair;

3. Handling operations for ships, acting as a port;

4. Conversion of dumb barges to wine carriers, refrigerators and tankers;

5. Fitting-out for ships (tugboats, floating cranes, dredgers, passenger ships).

6. Our enterprise has facilities to carry out mechanical processing of metal processing in the following directions:
- nipple joint
- ventilation bushes, grates, clamps.
- traps, illuminators.
- bushes, welding, rings, branches for pipes of various diameter.
- gangplanks, rail stanchions.
- various kinds of mechanical processing of benchwork details (turning and milling processing, gear-cutting, boring, grinding, planing works).
- thermal processing (annealing, hardening, letting down, normalization, carbonization of details with dimensions up to 1 m.)
- recovering details with fusing.
- re-filling sliding bearings with babbit.
- manufacture of springs (wire up to 2 mm), including thermal processing.
- soldering radiators, tanks, heat-exchanger.
- adjustment of diesels and diesel-generators, pumps and fans.
- goods of mechanical rubber (compression glands, gaskets, etc.)
- repair and production of punches, molds, removers, devices.
- production of knives for guillotines and punch-scissors.
- punching of electric clamps, washers, perforation and chain-wheels
- repair of fuel facilities.

7. Assemblage and welding of metal structures of various complexity and dimensions to order.

8. Offer for carrying out works at the foundry- thermal shop of the Izmail SRP
- forge works with sledge-hammers (drop parts weight 0.25 - 0.5 tons)
- thermal treatment of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, steelworks:
- annealing, hardening up to the preset hardness indices (in air and water, in oil, etc.);
- high-frequency annealing;
- carbonization;
- production of wooden molds for foundry
- copper works: soldering radiators, fuel tanks, heat-exchangers, etc.
- recovering sliding bearings with fusing.
- production of springs (wire diameter of up to 2.0 mm), including thermal processing.
- casting of blanks for details of various assignment of gray iron, aluminum alloys, bronze, brass (weighed from 0.1 to 160 kg).
- producing wooden molds
The shop also produces rotors of various diameters and assignments, a wide range of fire-box steel casting (furnace bars, slabs, doors, etc.).

9. The laboratory of the plant carries out works on chemical analysis of materials, mechanical testing of details with nondestructive inspection, tool calibration.

10. Furniture to order;

11. Centerboarders for sailing sport amateurs.

12. Goods of industrial and household assignment: production of industrial and household autoclaves ( V= 1,07 cub.m/1.8 tub. and 70 l.)

The plant is certified MS ISO 9001-1994.

The Izmail shiprepairing works is interested in considering various joint investment projects, based on production capacities and is ready to provide usable area for placing any other type of production which is not connected with shiprepairing.
