Association of Shipowners of Ukraine is a voluntary union of Ukrainian shipping companies, it was founded in July 1998.

One of the association activities is assistance in developing Ukrainian trade navigation and provision for its security, establishingbusiness ties of its members with freight, cargo owning, broker, forwarding, agent, ship repairing and other companies.

The cooperates with other companies in order to protect environment and develop production capacities of national shipping companies and provide guaranteed access for Ukrainian ship owners to national and transit (through Ukrainian ports).

The founders of the association are "Azov Sea Navigation", "UkrRechFlot", "Ukrainian Sea Navigation", "UkrFerri".
