The main project is application in Ukraine of an informational technology for planning and investment efficiency analysis "Project Expert" © Tikon 1994 (the partner is "PRO-INVEST Consulting" company, Moscow, Russia).
Since 1995 it fulfils education and certification on the issues of planning and investment efficiency analysis, marketing planning with the use of IKT PROJECT EXPERT as an authorised educational center (Certificate №18 from 14.11.95).
The company is accredited and licensed by the Ministry of education to implement professional training in management (Nер.ППР1-11 №268382).
"Tikon" JV is an official expert of the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Industrial policy, State Investment Fund.
