The University of banking of the National Bank of Ukraine (Kyiv)

The University of banking of the National Bank of Ukraine (Kyiv) is a higher educational establishment of the 4-th level of accreditation. It was founded by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from June 15, 2006. On March 1, 2007 the University got the license of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (AB № 328957, dated August 27, 2007) for the right to the educational activities realization.

1. Adopt a proposal of the National Bank of Ukraine as for:
- foundation of the National Bank of Ukraine (Kyiv);
- reorganization through transformation of:
- the Ukrainian Academy of banking (Sumy) into Sumy Institute of banking;
- Lviv Banking Institute into Lviv Institute of banking;
- Kharkiv Banking Institute of the Ukrainian Academy of banking into Kharkiv Institute of banking;
- Cherkasy Banking Institute of the Ukrainian Academy of banking into Cherkasy Institute of banking.

2. Take into consideration that the students of the reorganized Ukrainian Academy of banking (Sumy) and the educational establishments mentioned above (item No. 1 of the Regulation) shall continue studies at the corresponding newly built Institutes of the University of banking (Kyiv).
