KarpatSmoly is a mew city plant with European technology and European ecological security level

“KarpatSmoly” Ltd. was registered in June, 2005 with the intention to develop urea-formaldehyde glue production of modern technical and technological level. The founder of the Limited liability company is the foreign investment fund. It is an absolutely new production not related to the LLC “UFG Plant”, which is now idle. Allegedly, the investors – founders of “KarpatSmoly”, considered the possibility to buy the plant, but the investment needed for the production recovery were much greater than the totally new production development.
