Five-floored building of pension is situated at a distance of 150 m from the sea in the ecological and clean corner of the Eastern Crimea, in the township Malorechenskoye at a distance of 22 km from Alushta along Sudak route.
The building of the pension is situated in the park not far from the affiliated branch of Crimean wines Massandrovskiy plant.

Allocation:
- two-men and three-men rooms with conveniences.

Food: three meals a day in the pension canteen.

Beach: sandy-pebble, settlement, well-organized.

Infrastructure: public green space, tennis cort, sport ground, medical center, billiards, bar, discotheque, cinema, excursions.

We accept children from 5 to 14 years old with discounts subject to their allocation on the third bed with 10% diiscount.
