VolodymyrSugar Refinery OJSC

OJSC «Volodymyr-Volynsky Sugar Plant» began counting of its history from 1960. It is already 47 years. For this time the high-professional management with the specialists of the company do their best that the plant gradually develops. Presently Volodymyr-Volynsky Sugar Plant enters top ten sugar beet processing enterprises of Ukraine.
At one time, the delegation of specialists visited many countries of Europe, studying experience of processing of sweet roots in the best enterprises. Having carefully weighed everything, the administration shaped its course on full automation, modernization and reconstruction of production processes in the plant. As a result: an increase of day capacity of processing of sugar beets (from 4500 to 6000 tons). The equipment of juice purification and production shops were changed as well as pumping park on pumps with frequency converters and condenser units; system of water cooling of First category was automated; charges of fuel and energy resources were decreased: technological and thermal schemes of juice evaporation were modernized, full automation of the evaporation unit was done, condensate section of the plant was changed, TPP with coal-water slurry was reconstructed and others. All of it enabled collective to approach enterprise to the European level by high-quality and technical-economic indexes.
Presently the plant cooperates with 180 permanent wholesale customers. Among them there are known Ukrainian confectionaries, breweries and plants of sparkling wines.
The syrup shop, which products are used for making juices, ice-cream and cool tea, operates here.
Due to close cooperation with International Seminal Inspection «Inseco» (Rivne) the plant provides collective and separate farms and private farmers with high-quality seed. During a season the workers of raw material section offer skilled consultations on fertilizing, terms of sowing and others. The company has a large machine-tractor fleet rendering all types of services in cultivating and harvesting.
Today the company cooperates with such agricultural enterprises as Progress, Pyatydni, Luga Nova, Farm «Mykhalets» and Falemychi.
