The history of the plant begins since 1960. That times the putting into production of the lamps for the illumination of streets and roads have begun. Exactly the Brovary plant of the electric-engineering goods has produced the first lamps with luminescent bulbs in Ukraine.

Since 1965 the plant is fully specialized by the production of lamps of different models with luminescent bulbs for public and administrative establishments and lamps of the culture-every-day use: luster (chandeliers), suspended (hanging) lamps, table lamps, wall lamps and so on.

During last years we have implemented new technologic processes: the manufacture of the dispersers of the window glass by methods of painting, frosting, vacuum-metallization and so on, - which permit to expand the product assortments and to cut down the expenses on the purchase of components.
Today our plant produces different luminescent lamps among them we can name: lamps without dispersers, lamps with dispersers, lamps for the compact luminescent bulbs, lamps of "Downlight"-type, recently we began the production of the moisture protective lamps.

The highly trained specialists work at our plant. It helps to achieve significant success in our activity, with is confirmed by the effective work during 35 years.
Our goods are well known not only in Ukraine but also in abroad. 80 per cent are sold in Ukraine and 20 per cent are exported to Russia, Byelorussia, Poland and Baltic countries.

It is necessary to underline that the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Brovary Lighting Engineering Plant" is the leader of the Ukrainian Market of the producers of the lighting techniques goods.

The Company has many advantages:

In the future our enterprise is going to expand the assortment of its products by the creation of the new production in demand, to guarantee the improvement of the product quality, to increase the production volume by the construction of the new manufacture lines (particularly, the line of the powder painting), to implement the new energy and resource reserved technology, to realize the exit on the new markets by the manufacture of the new products and the improvement of present products; to provide the strengthening of the competition positions on the international level.
