Sumy State Scientific-Research Institute of Mineral Fertilizers and Pigments (Gos NII MINDIP) is the main organization of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine on scientific-technical support of the companies producing phosphate mineral fertilizers, organomineral fertilizers, inorganic pigments, paints, coagulants to treat potable water and sewage, and salts of inorganic acids, as well as utilization of production wastes.

MINDIP is the main organization on standartization(development and approving normative documentation) and basic organization on measurement assurance (coordination of work to insure community and necessary accuracy of measurements, metrological control and inspection of phosphorus-containing compounds at the factories and industrial organizations).
